Birthday Cake Cheesecake Bars

This is the third version of the easiest dessert bars ever.  Only 5 ingredients, and 1 hour and your done!  This week my son had a band pot luck dinner and I thought these bars would be perfect.  Went to the store to make the original cherry chip. Once at the store found a shocking lack of the frosting, I started looking around and saw the rainbow confetti cake and frosting.  Yep, the idea popped into my head of how cute the bars would be made with this birthday cake mix!  It looked and more importantly tasted great!..
