Trifecta Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat. Unwrap chocolate hearts.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together coconut oil, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and egg and beat until combine….
