Mix it all up, and form balls.  You can dip your fingers in water to help them not stick to your hands. Drop raw balls in hot sauce.  Simmer for about 30 minutes, or longer.

Serve over piping hot pasta of your choice, with sauce & big piece of Italian crusty bread….
