Mix all ingredients together until well-blended. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving with crackers or veggies for dipping. This stuff is addicting, in that you dip in a cracker, and pretty soon it’s all gone.  And then you’re left wondering why you ate a whole thing of dip at 8 a.m.  But, I digress.
