Sauté the onion and garlic until browned. Add turkey and brown for 10 minutes.
Add marinara, hot sauce, Bays, 1 stock cube and seasoning and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium/low.
While the turkey cooks, Boil rutabaga in a pot of water with a chicken stock cube until soft. Add saffron into the water for a really rich color if you have any.
Drain and mash and add seasoning and a little butter if your diet will allow….
