Cut up enough vidalia onion, green onion and celery to make 1/2 cup of the three combined. Now put this into a food processor to chop it finer. (Leave them is pieces large enough to still get a good crunch from them).

Now put the smoked chicken in the food processor and chop it fine. Combine the chicken and the veggies together and mix.

Now mix in the Miracle Whip in slowly to achieve the consistency you like. Add more or less as needed….
