Buttermilk Roast Chicken


Whisk buttermilk with garlic, table salt, sugar, paprika and lots of freshly ground black pepper in a bowl. Place chicken parts in a gallon-sized freezer bag (or lidded container) and pour buttermilk mixture over top completely covering the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 but preferably 24 hours….

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Buttermilk Chocolate Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.

Melt the butter in a small, microwave safe bowl.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter (still warm) with cocoa powder and whisk until very smooth. Whisk in sugar, vanilla extract and buttermilk. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until no streaks of flour remain. Stir in the chocolate chips….

Buttermilk Crepes


If you do not have buttermilk, mix the milk and vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes. It will appear lumpy, but that is fine.


Wisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.  Batter will be very thin


Spray pan or griddle with pam.


Pour ¼ cup of batter onto pan. They will cook quickly, so flip them over as soon as they appear dry on top….
