Turtle Cheesecake


Combine crumbs and butter. Blend well. Press into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 10″ springform pan. Bake at 350 F. for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool.


In a saucepan over Low heat, melt caramels in milk, stirring until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour into crust. Top with 1 1/2 cups of pecans. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth….

Delicious Turtle Cookies


Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; set aside.


With electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg yolk, milk, and vanilla; mix until incorporated. Reduce speed to low and add flour mixture until just combined.


Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour….

Insanely Delicious Turtle Cookies
