Crockpot Guinness Corned Beef

Place beef in the crockpot, rub with the sugar then pour the beer on top. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours. Make sure you test this with a fork that it pulls apart easy and is tender. You can also add carrots, cabbage cut up and potatoes if you like (tip is to pre boil them together add around 2 hours before cooking for the best results, sometimes the vegetables don’t cook all the way through if you don’t boil them first)….
